These Terms of Service govern your use of the Move Calmly website and any purchase made through the store. By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked from the store. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Store use and eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your location to place an order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information and to use the site only for lawful purposes.
Product information and availability
Product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and availability may change. We aim to present information accurately, but final product details are those displayed on the applicable product page and confirmed during checkout. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors before accepting an order.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance or begin fulfillment. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or inventory error, shipping restrictions, or violation of these Terms. Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and discounts are shown during checkout.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Physical order delivery is governed by the Shipping Policy. Eligible returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are governed by the Return and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.
Health and safety
Move Calmly products and educational content are intended for general fitness and informational purposes and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Use equipment only as instructed, inspect it before use, exercise in a suitable space, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort. Consult a qualified professional before beginning a new exercise program if you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant, or have concerns about whether an activity is appropriate for you.
Digital content
If digital content or a program is offered, access is personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and for lawful personal use only, unless the product page states otherwise. You may not reproduce, resell, share access credentials, distribute, publicly perform, or create competing materials from the content. Product-specific access duration, delivery method, and technical requirements will be disclosed before purchase when applicable.
Intellectual property
The site design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, product names, and other content are owned by or licensed to Move Calmly and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you. You may use the site only for personal shopping and informational purposes.
Prohibited conduct
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content in violation of law, impersonate another person, submit false information, or use the site to infringe the rights of others.
